But here's the thing: you're not what you fill out on a questionnare or a form. You're not your LinkedIn bio or your Tinder profile.
You're a complex story.
But the systems we use today don't capture us in all our dimensions. It doesn't consider nuance or context.
Everything is based on what you say and what you think, not what you actually do — when in reality we are all of those things.
And now, as AI can mimic your words and even fake your work, the one thing it can't copy is your character, the way you build trust with others, the way you uniquely move through the world.
But how do we capture that? How do we reveal who we really are? Without right or wrong answers? Without performing?
We believe the answer is in play.
We were built for play. It's how kids learn, how friends bond, how we reveal ourselves without even trying.
When we play, we can't fake it. Our real choices emerge. How we handle pressure, how we build with others, how we move when there's no script. Plus, it's fun!
